Aurochit Discovery and Application of Veda

AuroChit, a US-based organization with international participation, was born from Sri Aurobindo’s statement, “I seek not science, not religion, not Theology, but Veda … I believe the future of India and the world to depend on its discovery and on its application…” (Essays Divine and Human, CWSA 12: 62).

In pursuit of this “Discovery and Application”, the group meets weekly online to build a collective understanding of Veda as explained by Sri Aurobindo. Currently the focus is on the book The Secret of the Veda, with monthly presentations by individual members. The idea is to Explore, Experience, Express, Evolve, Expand, and Enjoy.

We dream that the whole world becomes aware that Veda hides a great secret for the future march of humanity and that Sri Aurobindo’s light is the key to discover it. Our future projects include working towards setting up a world-class museum on the Veda.
