Workshop on ShodhChakra: Training and Awareness Programme
Ph.D. Cell, AURO University, Surat, in collaboration with the INFLIBNET Centre (UGC), is pleased to announce a “Workshop on ShodhChakra: Training and Awareness Programme”, aimed at strengthening research capabilities and promoting effective use of national research resources.
This workshop is designed to create awareness and provide hands-on training on the ShodhChakra platform, a gateway for researchers to explore, access, and manage scholarly literature. The programme will focus on enhancing the research skills of faculty members, research scholars, and students by familiarising them with tools for identifying research gaps, conducting literature reviews, planning research, and fostering quality research practices.
Objectives of the Workshop:
- To create awareness about ShodhChakra, an initiative by INFLIBNET for researchers.
- To acquaint participants with the features, workflow, and benefits of the ShodhChakra platform.
- To provide a structured understanding of conducting online academic interactions, training sessions, and collaborative research activities.
Learning Outcomes:
After completing the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand the objectives, structure, and significance of ShodhChakra within the research ecosystem.
- Apply ShodhChakra tools in current and future research work.
- Enhance academic collaboration and research communication.
- Effectively utilise ShodhChakra for literature review, research planning, and documentation.
