Vedic Cuisine – Health Perspective on the Basis of Tridosha

The School of Hospitality Management, AURO University is organising a special session and workshop on Vedic Cuisine, focusing on the health perspective through the lens of Tridosha – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

The workshop will explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda in relation to food, diet, and lifestyle, and how conscious eating aligned with Tridosha principles can contribute to holistic well-being.
