The School of Hospitality Management, AURO University is delighted to host a hands-on workshop on “The Art of Sushi: Tradition, Technique, and Taste.” Led by Chef Bishwajeet Kumar, Executive Chef at Surat Marriott Hotel, this workshop will immerse students in the authentic world of sushi-making.
