Faculty Development Programme on “Design and Development of MOOCs for Effective Teaching
This FDP will be led by Dr. Ashutosh Mohan, National Coordinator of SWAYAM for Institutions of National Importance, Ministry of Education, Government of India, and Associate Professor at the Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.
Objective: The programme aims to build the capacity of faculty members to conceptualize, design, and implement MOOCs that are pedagogically sound, engaging, and accessible. It seeks to foster digital proficiency and equip participants with the tools and strategies needed for large-scale online teaching.
