The FDP Cell, AURO University is organizing a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on the topic “Educating Gen Z: Awakening Attention, Meaning, and Inner Balance.” This FDP aims to help faculty members understand the psychology of Gen Z learners and explore approaches that cultivate mindfulness, attention, self-awareness, and inner poise in students. The session will also focus on integrating meaning-centered education into teaching practices while maintaining academic rigor.
