The IPR Cell, School of Law, AURO University, in collaboration with White and Black Advocates and Attorneys, Surat, is organising an expert lecture on the theme “Trademark Lifecycle: Creation, Protection, and Enforcement.”

This session aims to provide students with practical insights into the complete journey of a trademark—from its creation and registration to its legal protection and enforcement. The lecture will bridge academic learning with real-world legal practices, helping students understand the evolving landscape of intellectual property rights.

The session will be delivered by distinguished legal professionals:
