Awareness on POSH Act – Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace
The Women Development Cell of AURO University is organising a special awareness session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act as a part of International Women’s Day 2026 Celebration.
The session aims to create awareness about workplace rights, responsibilities, and the legal framework that ensures a safe and respectful environment for all. Participants will gain insights into the provisions of the POSH Act, reporting mechanisms, and the importance of fostering a culture of dignity and equality in professional spaces.
