Er. Keyurkumar Patel is a Food Technologist (B.E in Food Processing Technology) from A.D. Patel Institute of Technology, Anand. He has completed his M.Tech in Post Harvest Technology & Process Engineering from Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari. He has submitted his thesis on “Design & development of Boondi making machine’’. He had worked as ‘Progam officer’ at BAIF /DHRUVA NGO , Navsari and played role of technical supporter and given training to farmers & students through Vasundhara Co-operative, Navsari. He worked as Research associate at Collage of Food Processing Technology & Bio Energy ,Anand Agricultural University, Anand. He has 7 years of cumulative experience in Food processing industry. He is co-author of book on post harvest operation on mango. He also had published review article on cashew processing in ‘Krishi Gau Vidhya’ magazine which was rewarded as best article of the year by the magazine. Major key roles include production, quality control, food Licensing and training in food processing.
