Mukesh V Dataniya is a Hotel and Bakery professional with more than 18 years of experience. He is working with AURO University since July, 2018 as Trainee Chef (Bakery and Patisserie) and managing kitchen operations. He is also teaching students of PG Diploma in Bakery and Patisserie.
Before joining AURO University, he has worked in reputed five star brands like Taj Gateway, Vivanta by Taj, Hotel Ummed, Taj Residency Ummed, Cama Hotel and Shanku Water Park at places like Delhi, Goa, Ahmedabad and Mehsana. He was selected for a special training at Hotel Taj Mahal, Delhi. He develops a good reputation among students for his jolly and docile personality. He has guided students on kitchen practicals from 1st year to final year.
