Mr. Shailendra Tiwari is a Teaching Associate at the School of Hospitality, AURO University Surat. He has more than a decade of Hotel and academic experience. His core competencies are in Front line management, Human resources management, Revenue management, and he has a keen research interest. Before joining Auro university Mr Tiwari has worked with prominent brand brands like Marriott, Hyatt, Accor and Taj to name a few.  He is handling the training department and has written one article on the same
