Mr. Raghunandan Reddy (Assistant Professor)
Mr. Raghunandan Reddy is an Assistant Professor in the School of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences at AURO University. His research interests include gender in organizations and sociology of work. He has about 20 years of prior corporate experience in IT and BPO industries, both in India and abroad. He was heading program and resource management function at a leading BPO organization in Bangalore, prior to joining the PhD program in Sociology at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. His experience includes program managing process transitions, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives. In addition, he has executed process consulting assignments in US, UK, South Korea and South Africa, in the areas of process transition, quality systems management, and business continuity management.
