Dr Aditi Kaul is a commerce graduate from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. She completed her Masters in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour and pursued her PhD from The IIS University, Jaipur. Her PhD research work was focused on Work Engagement. In 2015, she attended a two-semester course on Indian Integral Psychology inspired by the works of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother at the Indian Psychology Institute, Pondicherry. Since then she has been working towards building approaches to psychology based on life-affirming spirituality. Her research interests include studying Self and Identity through First-Person exploration and ways to facilitate Integral way of living. The framework of Integral Yoga helps her explore the whole gamut of Indian philosophy and spirituality through the lens of psychology and develop methods that will help in bringing the ancient Indian wisdom of Self-knowledge to academic psychology.
