DESCRIPTION:The Department of Physical Education\, Yoga\, Sports and Recreation\, AURO University is delighted to announce the Fitness Challenge (Men & Women) 2025\, an exciting opportunity for students to test their strength\, endurance\, and overall fitness. \nThis challenge encourages participants to push their limits and embrace a spirit of healthy competition and personal well-being. \nEvent Details: \n\nDate: 13th October 2025 (Monday)\nTime: 2:30 PM onwards\nVenue: AURO Student Centre (1st Floor – Gymnastics Area)\nRegistration Deadline: 11th October 2025 (Saturday)\nRegistration Link: https://forms.gle/dkiM6ZMDmHhkSb2KA\n\nRules & Regulations \n\nEach event will have specific weight categories.\nParticipants must record their actual weight on 10th October 2025 at the AURO Gym (1st Floor) between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.\nSports dress and shoes are mandatory.\nParticipants may compete in only one fitness challenge.\nSquat & Push-Up: Maximum repetitions in one minute.\nPlank: Maximum time duration with accurate posture. (Participants may bring their own yoga mat.)\n\nJoin the challenge\, showcase your fitness\, and celebrate the spirit of strength and endurance at AURO University!
