Chef Sushen V Desai carries experience over 7 years working with highly reputed chefs across some of the best hotels in India. He is a Hospitality Graduate from IHM Jodhpur. He began his career by completing kitchen management training programme with Taj Group of Hotels. During his tenure with industry he worked at diverse north –south span of India making him thoroughlyknowledgeable about Indian regional cuisine.

His key area is hospitality with food production, food cost and inventory management in kitchen. As per his experience in industry and theoretical hold on subject he intends research on his subjects. He authored books on Indian cuisine named “Indian curry” and “My experiments with pan Indian kitchen”. He had also written articles about cookery for some magazines in Africa.
