Dr. Rohit Singh
Professor in Marketing & Associate Dean

Dr. Rohit Singh is presently working as Professor and Associate Dean at AURO University and has a teaching experience spanning over twelve years. Before joining this institute, Dr. Singh worked with the GD Goenka World Institute Lancaster University, Gurgaon, and at the School of Management Sciences, Varanasi as Reader. He has to his credit a Ph.D in Advertising Management from the Department of Commerce & Business Administration (MONIRBA), University of Allahabad, and a Master's Diploma in Business Administration and Post Graduate degree in Commerce with specialization in Marketing from Banaras Hindu University. He has the distinction of clearing both UGC NET and UP SLET in Commerce. His area of interest is Marketing, with special emphasis on Advertising and Branding, and he loves grooming and training students in the areas of financial accounting and analysis.

A researcher at heart, Dr. Singh has published nearly fifteen papers and articles in various international and national journals, contributed chapters in various books, attended three dozen seminars and conferences, and more than eight QIPs and MDPs at IITs, VNSGU, Surat, AIMA and leading management institutes in the areas of Marketing, Research Methodology and Finance. Dr. Singh has also conducted a few MDPs for the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises as well as Agri Business and Agri Clinic centres for the Government of India. He is an avid reader and is keenly aware of new and emerging issues in Marketing and Branding. His commitment and hard work have brought him many laurels in his journey of academic excellence.
