Dr. Kiran D. Gardner
Assistant Professor, Criminal Law

Dr Kiran Gardner is an Asst. Professor at Auro University having teaching experience of twenty four years. She started her academic pursuit, being a science teacher in school, and later Principal. Before joining Auro University she taught law at M.S. University of Baroda and Nirma University Ahmedabad. She did her Bachelor in Zoology from South Gujarat University, followed by Bachelor in Education from M.S. University of Baroda, there after she completed her Master in Education from Poona University. She obtained her Ph. D. (Education) from M. S. University. After completing her LL.B from North Maharashtra University, she pursued her Master in Criminal Law from M. S. University of Baroda. Presently, she has submitted her thesis for Ph. D. (Law) to M.S. University of Baroda.

Dr Gardner has taught Criminal Law I (I. P.C.), Criminal II (Cr. P. C.), Law of Evidence, Business law, Legal Methods and Corporate law I at under graduate level. She has also taught Criminology, Law and Education, Privileged Class Deviance- Honours courses. At M. S. University she taught Juvenile Delinquency, Comparative Criminal Law, Privileged Class Deviance, E- Contract & E- Governance at P.G. level. She has participated and presented papers in many National and International seminars and conferences. She is passionate about teaching and learning, and is happy seeing her students grow.
